How to cook Lechon Manok
1.Thaw the product overnight in fridge or chiller
2. USING TURBO BRILER: Roast for 15 minutes on one side on 170-180 degrees then turn to other side. Air Fryer and Oven can also be used to to cook this.
3. Serve while hot.
