How to prepare Fiesta Siomai:

Steaming:

1. Thaw out before steaming to avoid sogginess and uneven cooking
2. Make sure water is already boiling before placing items inside the steamer
3. Steam for 10 minutes.
4. Steaming time may differ if using other types of steamers (electric, microwave, etc.) .
5. Prepare and serve.

Frying:
1. Thaw out before steaming to avoid sogginess and uneven cooking
2. Fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes until cooked.

NOTE: Molo wrapper for Pork Siomai is White, Black is for Japanese

A great addition to our meal

Had unexpected guests and it was convenient to add to the table since it was easy to steam it. The guests loved it and even asked me to order some for them. Flavorful and you can see some of the filling in it unlike others which was all starchy. Will order again
